About Ganga Government Museum
The Ganga Government Museum was founded by Maharaja Ganga Singh in 1937, the golden jubilee of his reign, and is one of the best regional museums in Rajasthan. Its collection runs from terracottas and sculpture of the Harappan and Gupta periods to coins, arms, miniature paintings in the Bikaner style and local crafts.
It's in the newer part of the city, a short drive from Junagarh Fort.
