Prices You Can See Before You Ask
Most India tour companies ask you to fill in a form and wait for a quote. We publish ours. Choose your cities, your pace and a vehicle in the trip planner and you get an itemised estimate on the spot, converted into your currency. Road transport, guides, airport and station transfers, the driver's night-halt allowance, and tolls, parking and state taxes each get their own line.
The same calculation runs on our side when your enquiry arrives, so the figure you saw is the figure we start from. Hotels and flights are left out on purpose. You can book your own or ask us for suggestions at your budget, and either way you can see exactly what the ground arrangements cost.

Which parts of India do you cover?
- North India and Rajasthan: Delhi, Agra, Khajuraho, Varanasi, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Sticking to one region we know well is what lets us price every leg accurately.
Is the online estimate the final price?
- It's a close starting point for transport, guides and transfers. Your final price comes in a written proposal once your dates, hotels and any extras are settled.
How do I confirm a booking?
- Pay the deposit, and we'll send written confirmation. Balance due dates are in your trip proposal, and our cancellation policy explains what's refunded if your plans change.
Can I travel on my own?
- Yes. Every trip is private, so a solo traveller gets their own vehicle, driver and local guides. Women travelling alone may also like The Marigold Trail, our women-only journeys.
