These terms govern your use of this website and any journey booked through Tours By Locals India. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written confirmation issued. Full payment terms, including balance due dates, are set out in your individual trip proposal.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to adjust an itinerary where necessary due to weather, local conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, while preserving the overall quality and intent of the journey.

Traveller Responsibilities

• Holding a valid passport, visa, and any required travel insurance.
• Disclosing relevant medical conditions that may affect the journey.
• Complying with local laws and the reasonable instructions of guides and drivers.

Liability

Tours By Locals India acts as an agent for third-party accommodation, transport, and activity providers. We select these partners carefully, but our liability for their acts or omissions is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
