About Iswari Minar Swarga Sal
Iswari Minar Swarga Sal, known locally as Isarlat, is a seven-tiered tower raised in 1749 by Maharaja Sawai Ishwari Singh to mark his victory over a rival alliance at the Battle of Rajmahal in 1747. Its name means 'the minaret piercing heaven'.
It rises above Tripolia Bazaar, and a narrow spiral ramp inside leads to a gallery at the top with a view across the Pink City's rooftops to Nahargarh, the City Palace and Hawa Mahal.
