Your guide meets you after breakfast for Humayun's Tomb, then India Gate and the grand government quarter of Parliament and Rashtrapati Bhawan. After an Indian lunch, the towering Qutub Minar, before an evening at leisure.

The drive south to Agra, with lunch on arrival. In the evening, Itmad-ud-Daulah — the jewel-box 'Baby Taj' — and then Mehtab Bagh, the riverside garden where you watch the sun set behind the Taj Mahal.

The Taj Mahal at Sunrise

Rise early for the Taj at first light, with your guide narrating the love story behind the monument. Back for a long breakfast, then an afternoon at the imposing 16th-century Agra Fort.

The road west to the Pink City via Fatehpur Sikri, Akbar's abandoned red-sandstone capital, and the Abhaneri stepwell's dizzying geometric steps. The rest of the day is yours.

How many days does the Golden Triangle usually take?
- Most versions run 5–7 days at a comfortable pace, which is why this one is seven — time for both Delhi's old and new quarters and a sunset as well as a sunrise at the Taj. Shorter 4-day versions exist for a tighter schedule, and it can extend into Ranthambore or Pushkar if your group wants more.
Is this suitable for a group of friends travelling together, not just solo?
- Yes — 'women-only' here describes the trip's safety framing and vetting standard, not a group size restriction. It works equally well for a solo traveller, a pair, or a larger circle of friends.
Is there time for shopping and wellness?
- Yes — Johri Bazaar is built into the Jaipur day, and Chandni Chowk in Delhi or Jaipur's Bapu Bazaar (textiles and block-print fabric) are easy additions. Ayurvedic spa treatments, henna sessions and visits to women's craft cooperatives can be added too — tell us what you're after and we'll build it into the day-by-day.
Do I need any vaccinations to visit India?
- Most visitors don't need any vaccinations to enter India; the exception is a yellow fever certificate if you're arriving from a yellow-fever-risk country. Doctors commonly suggest being up to date on routine vaccines and considering Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Tetanus — check with your own physician 4–6 weeks before you travel.
